A: SapZap is specifically formulated to break down any type of tree sap fast and efficiently without scratching or dulling the surface.

A: No, it does not matter. SapZap is able to dissolve fresh, new sap AND old, aged on sap. 

**One thing to note is that the longer the tree sap has been on your car, the more time it has to eat through your clear coat and eventually your paint. This can cause permanent damage to the surface, so we suggest once you see a sap splatter, it's best to get it off your car sooner rather than later to avoid the tree sap from damaging your car.

We are always looking to try out SapZap on different surfaces to expand our list, so if you don't see the surface you want to try SapZap out on, let us know! We recommend trying out SapZap on a non-discreet area first if you are wanting to try it on a surface we haven't used yet. 

A: We do not recommend any hard scrubbing since that can cause discoloration and scratches to the surface. Let the product do the work for you. SapZap is specially formulated to dissolve tree sap fast. Using a microfiber towel is best for certain surfaces such as car finishes to avoid scratching.
